Reviews and Ratings
Staying at the hotel was a delightful experience overall. The rooms had old-world character with a mix of cozy and elegant decor, featuring a fantastic, huge terrace overlooking the old harbor. The service was incredibly attentive and welcoming, offering homemade liquors and sweets in the lobby. The location couldn't have been better, being right on the harbor in the heart of the old city. The dining experience brought to our room was a lovely touch, always including yogurt and local honey. The facilities were top-notch, making the stay even more memorable.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, although spacious and beautifully decorated in the DaVinci Suite, had no view and little natural light. The service from staff, particularly Maria, Ria, and Athena, was extremely friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. The location was absolutely stunning, overlooking the original Venetian harbor, but the downside was the restricted traffic area and parking restrictions in the old quarter. Dining was enjoyable, with a giant pad thai delivered daily to our room for an extra charge. Overall, a stay with its ups and downs but memorable nonetheless.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The rooms were gorgeous, so stylish and comfortable, with a good-sized sun balcony overlooking the enchanting back street of Chania. The updated bathroom and perfect location made it a delightful experience at any time of the day.
My stay at this hotel was absolutely delightful! The rooms are charming with a lot of character, and my internal room was spacious with a lovely terrace overlooking Zampeliou. The location is perfect for exploring Chania with many shops, restaurants, and bars close by, making it a spectacular choice for accommodation. The service was top-notch, with the staff having their own charm and being very welcoming to assist in parking and getting us to the hotel.
My stay at the hotel was absolutely delightful. The rooms were spacious and nicely decorated, with a beautiful terrace overlooking the old port. The breakfast was different and very delicious every day, served on the terrace. The staff was extremely kind and helpful, ensuring all our needs were met. The location was perfect for exploring Chania, with stunning views of the original Venetian harbor and surrounded by inviting restaurants and shops.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The room with a private terrace overlooking the harbor was lovely, but the lack of natural light made it feel a bit dark. The service was top-notch, catering to our every need, and the location in the old town was magical. However, the dining options were a bit underwhelming, and the breakfast was heavy on carbs. Overall, a memorable stay with its highs and lows.
